To ensure secure and reliable operations of your Galera Clusters for MySQL FromDual offers you, according to your requirements, 2 different support contracts.
The FromDual support team is tightly working together with the Galera developers and contributes a significant amount of the support fee to the Galera project!
All support contracts entitle you to use the Enterprise Version of the FromDual Performance Monitor for MySQL as well as the Monitoring as a Service (MaaS) offering.
Basic Galera Cluster Support (Galera Basic, 5x9)
Support for Galera WAN Cluster. Initial response time: 4 hours, Handling time from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 CET.
Galera Cluster Platinum Support (7x24)
Support for Galera LAN or WAN Cluster. Initial response time: 4 hours. Handling time from Monday to Sunday 24x7.
